please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to class time. class begins promptly at its listed start time. if you’re new to the space, you can check out the find us tab on our website. we’re hartford’s hidden gem yoga studio for a reason – the trickiest part of your experience might be finding your way up to the studio. don’t worry… after you’ve done it once, it’s all smooth sailing. you’ll also receive an email confirmation with directions and a door code. make sure to double check your spam folder! you can also take a peek at this video for a visual walk-through.
if you show up late, we unfortunately cannot let you in if yoga is already in session, as the teacher will be actively leading class. thank you for respecting the time and space of our students and teachers!
16 years is our minimum age requirement for class. under no circumstance can children be left at our studio or in the building unsupervised while their parent/guardian is in class, and we do not provide child care at this time. please make arrangements for your children prior to coming to the studio!
pre-registration is preferred in order to book a class.
you can register through our app, momence. download momence on the app store or google play. you can also register through our website on the schedule page by pressing “book a class”.
if you need to cancel, you must do so via the momence app, the same way you signed up. email, text, and direct message cancellations are not accepted.
we have a two-hour late cancellation policy in place. please cancel your class booking within the two hour window. this gives us the chance to open up space for students on the waitlist.
classes canceled within the two hour window & no-show bookings will result in a loss of class credit.
for drop-in, class packs, and mini membership holders:
loss of class credit.
for unlimited members:
$5 late cancellation + no-show fee
For workshops & special events:
All sales are final. No refunds or credits.
class packs expire one year after your first use.
memberships are subscription-based. your card will be charged monthly. memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. afterwards, you may cancel anytime. to cancel, we must receive written notice via email.
memberships may be frozen once a year for a minimum of two weeks & a maximum of one month.
all fees are subject to change without prior notice. 6.35% CT sales tax is added to all purchases.
please bring your own yoga mat. if you are traveling or do not have one, we’ve got a few extra on hand – free of charge.
blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, and sandbags are available for your use.
