Yoga Nidra with Amanda Stark

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice, validated by science, that will leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and renewed. Often referred to as “yogic sleep” this practice cultivates a deep sense of relaxation by decreasing activity in the sympathetic nervous system, and tapping into the healing qualities of the parasympathetic nervous system. Benefits include an alleviation of stress, better sleep, harmony in our mind-body connection, and mental clarity.

Together we will share in gentle breath work, light movement, and guided meditation towards a sense of overall well-being. Accessible and intended for all levels.
